Moa Stilts

Passionate about great stilt equipment, Emily has been working in Christchurch with the talented Steven Muir, who specialises in all things aluminium. They have been prototyping the new dance stilt. They are called Moa Stilts after that lanky, long legged fabulous bird that used to wander all over New Zealand.

Strong, light, durable, and designed for the contemporary stilt dancer, Moa Stilts come in two extension heights (you can order as many extra heights as you like) and the top half is measured to your leg length.

Coming apart into smaller units, Moa Stilts are easily transported in standard suitcases and are ideal for the travelling performer. Moa Stilts come with two different foot angle settings to best mimic your natural gait. They also come with an adjustable knee brace angle and hard wearing stoppers, built to last.
